I've been getting coaching from Heather since about March 2024 and at the time I had just
gotten a lower back injury that took me out from heavy lifting for a good 2 months. She helped me
get back to deadlifting/squatting heavy AND I even hit a deadlift pr and bench pr without being on a
powerlifting prep and matched my old squat pr.

“I started working with Heather at the beginning of 2022 when she was offering a short Deadlifting only program. I liked her programming style, feedback and the progress I made in such a short time that I quickly jumped at the opportunity to have her as my coach when she opened up spots later that year. At that time, I was a month out from Nationals and she was able to peak me for that meet. I learned a lot from that meet such a as the importance of playing what you have day of instead of trying to reach arbitrary numbers I felt I was supposed to hit. The concept was foreign to me at the time. Since then, Heather has built a confidence in me that I use in and out of the gym. I am setting realistic goals each year and she backs me 1000%
She has been flexible with the various muscle aches and injuries that I have incurred throughout the years and quickly pivoted my program to accommodate them accordingly. She is my biggest supporter and always believes in my especially during the times when I am having trouble believing in myself. As a remote athlete, I feel fully supported and well communicated with and even though I would love to have her by my side meet day, she makes sure to be "present" throughout the whole meet. I just love her and would choose her to be my coach any chance I get.
